Increase Trust & Collaboration

My approach to team building may include fun activities yet is mostly focused on substantial team muscle building through learning and applying new ways to work as a team.  My clients appreciate how I incorporate their actual work into the team building activities.  

I also work with teams to get to the root causes of issues around trust, effective communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution.  I then help the team identify ways to increase trust and enhance dynamic communication that leads to desired business results.  

Upon request, we can also incorporate  assessments (TKI, DiSC, Strengths Finder, etc.) into our team building that help team members appreciate diversity in work styles, strengths and motivators.
